we need to think about brainwash in china
Did anyone actually read and understand the article above? Or are they simply closing their eyes and shutting their ears to a humble request made by a benevolent and just man? China is doomed. Its people are conditioned to listen to propaganda and have forgotten how to be a human being. The lies have been spread for so long that the people have forgotten what truth is or means. Such arrogance and ignorance will, in the end, bring about more suffering to its people.

China needs Democracy or not?
Now, China is one of few socialistic countries in the world. Is it good or not for China to become a democratic country? Before answering this question, we need to know how to judge a national policy good or not. In my opinion, if a national policy passes the following two criteria, then it is a good policy: 1. First, Long Term Interest. The main purpose of the national policy is for the best interest of the country’s majority people who will be living in this country 200 years later. 2. Second, Practicability and Acceptability. This national policy is practical and acceptable by the country’s people who are currently living in this country. Someone may think the fist criterion is wrong, because a national policy should focus on the best interest of the majority people who are currently living in the country. As a country’s leader, who should not only consider the current people’s interest, but also consider the people’s interest in long run. When there is a conflict between current interest and future interest, I think the policy maker should give the priority to the future interest, Because that is the reason why human being’s new generation can have a better life than the old generation in the past. I hope it still is in the future. In the same time, I do not mean that the policy maker can overlook the current people’s interest. The current people’s interest will be protected by the second criterion, practicability and acceptability. One big challenge for the country’s leader is to let current people understand or at least accept the new policy. To achieve this goal, the country’s leader has no choice but considering the current people’s interest when he/she makes a new policy for the country. Based on above criteria, let us find the answer for China needs Democracy or not. The democracy supporter may say that democratic national system can bring a country wealth, and give its people a better material life comparing with socialistic national system. Thus, for better economic development, China needs democracy. Personally, I do not agree with this opinion. To better understand this issue, we need to see two countries as example. First, Mexico has been a democratic country for about 100 years. No one can deny that Mexico is still an undeveloped county and many of its people are still living in poverty. Second, India is another example. Since 1947, India has been an independent democratic country. As Mexico, the democratic political system does not make India a wealthy country, and many Indian people are still living in hunger everyday. Comparing with Mexico and India, China has been developed rapidly in the last 30 years. Chinese people are having much better material life than 30 years. It is impossible for Mexico and India to develop economically as fast as China did in the last 30 years. Thus, we can safely say that Democracy may make a country wealthy, but it is not 100 per cent. Since Democracy may not help China to develop faster economically, will democracy make China a better country? Yes,I think so, because Democracy can mitigate official corruption, the biggest social problem Chinese people are facing now. As we know, the most critical concern about Chinese society is government corruption. Now, official corruptions are causing social violations almost everywhere is China. Even though, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) fought for many years to control this problem, official corruption in china is becoming more serious year-by-year. We can say that without political reform, CCP can not mitigate the corruption problem in the near future. Why the official corruption can not be controlled by Chinese government? In my opinion, the one party political structure in China is the prime reason for this problem. It is common sense that intendance is necessary in any group or organization. Without intendance, the person or a group of person in power will tend to abuse his/her or their power sooner or later. In current Chinese government, almost every high-rank official positions are held by the members of CCP. Since the officials are acting under their party’s rule and direction, it is almost impossible for CCP officials, as one group of people, to correct their own wrong action. In realty, CCP can do whatever it wants to do, and no power can check or stop it. CCP does not need to give an explanation for what it is doing, because Chinese people have no power and no representative to ask for that. There must be some independent political groups to act as watchdogs to the official’s behavior as in the democratic countries. If so, the official corruption problem in China can be stopped or at least mitigated. Let us see some examples. In 1998, Bill Clinton, the former President of the United States, was impeached for wrong doings even when he is still in power. In 2006, Chen Shui-bian, the former president of Taiwan, was impeached and investigated also when he was still a president of Taiwan. There are many examples to show us that in democratic countries, it is normal for high officials, even the highest official, President, can be impeached for his wrong doing. This kind of thing is impossible to happen in communist county, China. Because Chinese people have no actual power to elect and check official’s action, official’ wrong doing can not be punished, that is why official corruption can not mitigated in China. Corruption problem is making Chinese society become more unstable. To make China a harmonious society, the corruption problem must be solved first. Therefore, we need new political group in China acting independently to CCP. Under the current Chinese Constitutional Law, Article 35, Citizens of the People's Republic of China enjoy freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of procession and of demonstration. However, as we know, people in China are prohibited to free press and assembly. There are many political activists held in Chinese prison. CCP government does not give Chinese people the freedom of speech, press, and assembly under the Constitution. Corruption is in conflict with the interest of both Current and future Chinese people. It is no doubt that every national Chinese want to stop official corruption in China as soon as possible. In my opinion, Democracy is the only resolution to stop official corruption in China. Since Democracy can stop official corruption, the most national Chinese people will support it. To stop corruption, to make China a better country, and to honor the Constitution of China, we need reforming Chinese political system. For the best interest of the future Chinese people, we need democracy in China.
